LAGAR DA CONDESA
Made exclusively from Albariño, the flagship grape variety of the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin, this wine comes from old vines trained using the pergola system, a traditional method in the region. The proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and high rainfall levels encourage slow ripening and high natural acidity, which are key to preserving the wine’s freshness and longevity. The terroir conditions and traditional vine management techniques yield grapes with great aromatic expression and balance.
