CLIO
The grapes used to produce this wine come from 12 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards and 32 hectares of very old Monastrell vines with extremely low yields. They are hand-harvested into small boxes to prevent potential damage, and subsequently sorted on a selection table.
