BLAU VERD ORGANIC
This wine is crafted from Cariñena and Garnacha Negra, two indigenous grape varieties from the D.O. Montsant. Grown in poor, well-drained soils under a Mediterranean climate with continental influences, Cariñena contributes freshness and structure, while Garnacha provides ripe fruit and suppleness. Vinified separately to preserve their distinct characteristics, both varieties faithfully express the region’s unique terroir, resulting in a young red wine that is balanced and full of character.
