Mª José Bajón
Born in Valladolid, she completed her studies at the Escuela Técnica Superior Ingenieros Agrícolas of her hometown. She later specialized in Enology and Viticulture at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili in Tarragona. With over 15 years of experience in the sector, she has continuously expanded her academic training. Since 2022, she has been leading Cellers Can Blau.
