Marta Apellaniz

Marta Apellaniz is the winemaker at Bodegas Rosario Vera in the D.O.Ca Rioja. Born in Logroño, she has built her professional career in La Rioja and Navarra across various technical, management, and quality departments in wineries. Since 2020, she has been part of Viñas Familia Gil, leading Bodegas Rosario Vera. She holds a bachelor's degree in food science and technology from the University of the Basque Country, complemented by a Diploma in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the same university. She specialized in wines through the Master's program in Viticulture and Oenology at the Escuela Superior de Ingenieros Agrónomos of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
